Using Hobbybop
- You are responsible for accurate account information, workspace access, event details, guest communications, and any content you submit.
- Organizers must have permission to import, store, contact, or publish attendee, sponsor, guest, and community records through Hobbybop.
- Attendees should provide accurate RSVP information and use event pages, comments, reviews, and reporting tools in good faith.
- Hobbybop may limit, suspend, remove, or review content, accounts, API keys, events, messages, or integrations when needed to protect the service.
Events, Communications, And Payments
- Organizers control their event details, capacity, guest list operations, CRM records, and organizer-approved attendee messages.
- Hobbybop may provide AI-assisted drafts or recommendations, but organizers remain responsible for review, accuracy, permissions, and sending decisions.
- Paid organizer plans run through Polar when configured. Paid event checkout may use organizer-provided external checkout links until provider-backed ticketing is expanded.
- Refunds, event cancellations, attendee disputes, tax handling, venue rules, and local compliance remain organizer responsibilities unless Hobbybop separately agrees in writing.
Acceptable Use
- Do not use Hobbybop for spam, deceptive events, harassment, hate, doxxing, malware, credential abuse, scraping private data, or illegal activity.
- Do not bypass access controls, abuse API keys, overload routes, impersonate another person, or publish private attendee or organizer information without permission.
- Do not upload or submit content that infringes rights, exposes sensitive personal data unnecessarily, or creates unsafe real-world event conditions.
Service Boundaries
Hobbybop is provided as an evolving production service. We aim for reliable operation, clear support, and user-safe failures, but no software or third-party provider integration is perfect. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hobbybop is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
