Request Types
- Access: ask what account, event, RSVP, CRM, support, or engagement data Hobbybop can identify for you.
- Correction: ask us to correct inaccurate account, RSVP, profile, or organizer-owned contact data.
- Export: request a portable copy of data where Hobbybop can reasonably verify identity and scope.
- Suppression or deletion: ask us to mark records no-contact or delete records where retention is not required.
What To Send
- Your email address and any alternate email used for events.
- Relevant event URLs, organizer/workspace names, public profile URLs, or support ticket context.
- The request type and whether you are an organizer, attendee, sponsor contact, public commenter, or other affected person.
Boundaries
Hobbybop may need to verify identity, protect other people in the same records, preserve security or billing logs, retain abuse evidence, or coordinate with an organizer that controls imported CRM data. We will avoid exposing another person's private information while processing a request.
